Thoughts on Being Regular
So, for the past 3 days I've noticed my system seems to be more regular. I am wondering why this is so. Is it the oatmeal? Or trail mix? Or, a combination of both? Is it the fiber choice tablets? I wish I knew what it is that is making my system more regular. The yogurt? The only "new" thing I've eaten is the oatmeal and the trail mix. The others I seem to eat pretty regularly. So, I'm thinking either the oatmeal or the trail mix is having a positive effect on my body's internal digestive tract!
